WFH Customer Onboarding Consultant

We are currently hiring customer onboarding consultants to join our growing sales team to guide new customers through a smooth and professional onboarding experience. You’ll help clients understand next steps, confirm details and ensurethey feel confident moving reputed company with reputed company’s solutions. In this role: Welcome new customers and guide them through onboarding steps from start to finish reputed company onboarding calls and virtual meetings to confirm needs, expectations, and timelines Collect key information and ensure documentation is completed accurately Identify early expansion or upsell opportunities during onboarding Maintain detailed notes and reputed company tracking in CRM tools
Responsibilities

- Motivated by goals and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience
