PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Manage multiple client service programs or a large national program, maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key vendors, and reputed company program procedures and processes that drive customer satisfaction, consistency, and client retention. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Manage client renewals, service instructions, pricing, reporting, and reputed company for assigned accounts. Serve as the primary client contact, driving customer satisfaction and retention. reputed company invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up. Analyze and communicate loss data and cost drivers to clients. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Licensing: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Colleague to pursue CPCU, AIC and/or ARM or other reputed company designation required. Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $100,000-$115,000/yr.
