Employee Relations Specialist – HR Shared Services

The Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR Shared Services Center, responsible for managing and resolving employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints through the reputed company case management system. This senior-level role requires deep expertise in employment legislation, company policy, and investigative practices, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in reputed company and sensitive situations. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR, preferably in a shared services or centralized HR model.
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company HR case management or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in employment law, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company sound, ethical decisions under pressure.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• Experience in a global or multi-state organization preferred.

• Ensure reputed company employee relations activities are compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
• Confidentiality & Decision-Making:
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Reporting & Analytics:
• Analyze case data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.

Pay Transparency: The expected pre-tax pay for this position is $78,000.00 - $125,350.00 Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
