Minimum Qualifications
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry and certified Medical Technologist (American Society of Clinical Pathologists, NCA, AMT, AAB). Master's degree in management, Business or Healthcare Administration reputed company program is preferred. Work Experience (Years and Area): Seven years' experience in Core Laboratory including Management Experience (Years and Area): Five years of previous(recent) laboratory management experience Equipment Operated: PC equipment, Printer, Terminals, Analyzers SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Writing /Composing (Correspondence/Reports) 2. Other Skills: Analytical, CRT, P.C., reputed company, MS reputed company, MS Access 3. Advanced Education: Advance Training/Specialty: reputed company Office; PeopleSoft (a plus) 4. Work Schedule: Flexible 5.
