[Remote] Collections Specialist (Remote)

Enova International is a leading financial technology company that provides online financial services through their AI and machine learning-powered platform. They are seeking a Collections Specialist to proactively contact customers with overdue accounts, understand their financial challenges, and identify solutions to help them maintain consistent loan payments.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls reputed company to address customers with delinquent loan payments
- Negotiate and execute effective payment arrangements, strictly following Enova's specific call flow to bring overdue accounts reputed company
- Resolve customer concerns and reputed company issues reputed company to late payments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and reputed company
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, explaining the implications of overdue payments and offering assistance for financial resolution
- Ensure reputed company customer interactions, payment plans, and relevant information are accurately recorded and maintained in Enova's database
Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume debt collections environment, successfully managing both inbound and outbound calls and consistently meeting daily call volume targets
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills, including proven proficiency in active listening and the application of de-escalation techniques during challenging calls
- Strong negotiation abilities, capable of balancing adherence to company policy with genuine customer reputed company to secure successful payment arrangements or settlements
- Demonstrated high level of self-management for remote work, including superior time management, strict schedule adherence, and the ability to maintain focus, attention to detail, and reputed company multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to think quickly and reputed company to creatively problem solve and resolve difficult issues effectively under pressure
