About the position This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver expert hearing care entirely from home, distinguishing itself from traditional clinic-based audiology jobs. At reputed company, you will work with motivated patients who are matched with the right technology and supported by a team that handles logistics. This position is at the forefront of teleaudiology, aiming to reshape the field. You will conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care, educate patients on their hearing technology, and provide feedback on new tools and workflows. Collaboration with the Sales Team and contributing clinical insights to reputed company's global network are also key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s)
• Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
• Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the patient experience
• Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Contribute clinical insights to reputed company's global network, the largest independent audiology network in the world Requirements
• Active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX
• 2+ years of fitting experience
• Successfully passed the International Licensing Exam (ILE), administered by the International Hearing Society (IHS)
• A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes
• Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable home internet: hardwired reputed company required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (reputed company associated costs fully covered by reputed company)
