Implementing best practice nursing care in post-acute residents in nearby areas ? Monitoring the conditions of residents and providing updates to the nursing team ? Measuring and documenting the basic vital signs of residents ? Helping residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other basic activities of daily living (ADLs) ? Promoting a clean and safe environment by ensuring best practices in hygiene and by clearing areas of hazards ?
