In this role, you will partner with OB providers, local health departments, and community programs to improve maternal health outcomes and care delivery across your region. What you’ll do
- Analyze program performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with OB providers and local health departments to meet quality and program goals
- reputed company meetings to review performance, share insights, and align on action plans
- Provide guidance on best practices, population health, and quality improvement strategies
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clinical and community partners
- Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive results
- Support community reputed company and engagement activities
What you’ll bring Required
- 3+ years working with maternity populations in an OB or public health setting
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting to clinical audiences
- 2+ years supporting Medicaid populations
- Experience leading discussions, influencing stakeholders, and solving reputed company problems
- Intermediate reputed company Office skills
- Ability to travel locally up to 75%
Preferred
- Program or performance management experience
- Knowledge of HEDIS, NCQA, or reputed company quality standards
- Experience in value based or pay for performance programs
