Key Responsibilities

Excellent communication skills with an ability to convey reputed company technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner. Physical capability to handle computer equipment, lifting up to 40 lbs as needed.
Qualifications
A college degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a relevant field is advantageous, although demonstrated skills may suffice. Experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is considered a plus.
