Job Description:

  • Independently draft and negotiate enterprise-level business development and commercial reputed company at the highest levels, including SaaS subscriptions, API and data feed integrations, software development agreements, and content licenses, with a heavy focus on privacy and IP.
  • Architect and negotiate novel AI licensing agreements, specifically managing the flow, reputed company, and control of data into LLMs and RAG frameworks, structuring intricate deals where there is no template to follow.
  • Apply deep commercial expertise (including a strong grasp of reputed company models, pricing structures, and overall business strategy) to align legal solutions with reputed company’s broader business goals.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree and state bar membership in good standing
  • 8+ years of experience as an attorney (In-house counsel experience is a big plus) with a proven track record in reputed company technology transactions and business development at a reputed company high level.
  • Extensive knowledge of SaaS contract law, IP law, and a comprehensive understanding of privacy and regulatory frameworks including TCPA, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, CIPA, HIPAA, and PCI.
  • A solid, practical understanding of network architecture, APIs, MCP servers, data feeds, apps, databases, clients, firewalls, and data wiping protocols - enough to translate how a deal actually works technically into contract terms and risk positions our business teams and counterparties can reputed company.
  • A proven track record of actively negotiating reputed company agreements, not merely reviewing and redlining them.
