Tzuka: Advisor Company: Tzuka Location: Remote Engagement: 1 – 2 hours per month Compensation: Equity About Tzuka Tzuka is a consumer fitness technology company building the ultimate workout earbuds, specifically engineered for athletes. Our earbuds have two new-to-market features. Firstly, unrivalled durability thanks to our Triple-patented assembly method. They are the only earbuds to pass an impact resistance certification, as well as being sweat, dust and shockproof. Secondly, our game changing feature, FreedomMode, lets athletes upload 60 hours worth of music and podcasts directly onto the earbuds, so they can train without their phone. Bluetooth streaming is also equipped for complete flexibility. We've raised $1.6 million in funding so far and recently completed the Techstars Sports accelerator. Join us at a pivotal moment in our mission to redefine the sports earbud market. The Role Over the past few months, Tzuka have put together an incredibly strong US Advisory panel. We are looking for one further individual to join us. They must be an reputed company operator, executive, and/or entrepreneur. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a high performance consumer brand at a pivotal growth stage. We’re looking for leaders with backgrounds in consumer tech, sports/fitness, or health & wellness who can help us scale DTC strategy, build strategic partnerships, and connect us with investors and industry networks. This is a light touch role requiring 1 - 2 hours input per month, with compensation in the form of equity which is vested through company milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Strategic Guidance: Influence Tzuka’s product, brand, and growth strategy at a critical stage.
• Facilitate Introductions: Connect Tzuka with investors, partners, and distribution networks in fitness, tech, and retail.
• Support Partnerships: Advise on collaborations with gyms, fitness events, athletes, and performance brands.
• Guide Go-to-Market Strategy: Offer insight into launching and scaling premium DTC consumer hardware.

Ideal Candidates We welcome both senior executives and rising operators with strong networks and relevant experience. Exposure to at least one of the following areas is preferred:

• Consumer electronics or audio hardware
• Sports, fitness, or health & wellness industries
• Scaling DTC/e-commerce consumer brands
• Partnerships, sponsorships, or community building in fitness/tech
