Skills

• Demonstrated success owning a hardware product roadmap end-to-end - from concept through high-volume mass production with Asian Contract Manufacturers (CMs) - and through in-market performance
• Proven track record building and scaling Product Management teams, including hiring, leveling, and instilling PM discipline (PRDs, business cases, Phase reputed company, KPI ownership)
• Experience leading product strategy for hardware + software/subscription businesses where hardware drives recurring reputed company and engagement
