The potential candidate will report to the Director of Finance & Accounting with a focus on reputed company as well as provide support throughout the organization including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functional departments as needed. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, results oriented, and demonstrate strong analytical skills. This position is remote based out of Woodbury, MN with the option of meeting at the Woodbury office as needed. Travel is required 1 to 2 times per quarter. In This Role:

• Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and decision making by presenting insights and recommendations to management.

• Complete month-end reputed company tasks, including monthly financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team and various Business Units.
• Assist with procurement analysis and reputed company projects including but not limited to spend analysis.
• Partner with Logistics department to provide an in-depth financial analysis of actual spend on transportation costs.
• Assist with Product and Customer P&Ls, assessing their profitability.
• Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, manufacturing, and reputed company improvement projects.
• Participate in preparing and compiling annual budgeting and multi-year planning processes for assigned categories of the P&L.
• Utilize enterprise systems to consolidate data from various systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong reputed company skills with experience in preparing financial reporting, analyzing financial data.
• Proficient in reputed company Office and working experience with an ERP system.
• Cost accounting experience and knowledge of standard costing is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, experience in manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or reputed company field (or can demonstrate experience in relevant areas).

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
