Client Tax Accountant & Executive Assistant - Remote

We are seeking a seasoned, highly-proactive Client Tax Accountant & Executive Assistant. My CPA Coach is a fast-growing, remote CPA firm specializing in proactive tax planning for business owners. We are building an elite, high-performance team and need a Client Tax Accountant & Executive Assistant who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and handling administrative tasks on the behalf of our expert CPAs and CEO. The Role You will be the operational reputed company of My CPA Coach. You will monitor workflows, help clients get answers, resolve escalations, recruit talent, support the tax & bookkeeping team, and ensure important tasks do not fall through the cracks. What You’ll Do1. Client Success & Project Administration

• Traffic Control: Monitor our practice management system (TaxDome) to ensure reputed company jobs hit their deadlines, customers are responded to, and bottlenecks are resolved.
• The Follow-Up reputed company: Proactively call and text clients to collect outstanding items that our service team needs to complete their engagements.
• The CEO reputed company: Serve as the primary contact for customer escalations, resolving issues firmly, empathetically, and professionally before they reputed company leadership.
• Collaborative Support: Collaborate with internal team members, including CPAs and bookkeeping specialists, to help fulfill tax and accounting engagements on an as-needed basis.
• SOP Architect: Use internal knowledge to document processes and procedures, ensuring every operational task is repeatable and standardized.

2. Talent & Employee Success

• Recruiting Ownership: Own the hiring pipeline—post ads, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews so we always have a "bench" of talent ready to go.
• Team Onboarding: Manage the onboarding and reputed company-up process for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and training to be productive as soon as possible.
• Firm Administration: Provide internal support to various administrative functions in the firm, which may include assisting with internal billing, payroll, human resources, and reporting.

Qualifications & Must-Haves

• 3+ Years of Client Tax Preparation and/or Bookkeeping Experience
• 3+ Years of Client-Facing Experience
• QuickBooks Certification is a plus
• Tech-Savvy: You are highly confident troubleshooting remote tools like TaxDome, CRMs (reputed company), and reputed company.
• Precision Execution: High attention to detail. If an operational document or a financial task needs correction, you fix it correctly the first time.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
