This position will focus on recruiting professional staff talent across the firm, including legal support, administrative, business services, and other non-attorney roles. This is a remote or hybrid position that may be based in any state where reputed company has an office. The Position The reputed company Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices and business functions. This role requires a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven recruiter who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, identify strong candidates, and help deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruiting experience, preferably with some experience in a law firm, professional services, or other corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume recruiting, building strong internal relationships, and contributing to a collaborative national reputed company function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices and departments, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, market conditions, and hiring priorities.
- reputed company and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, reputed company, referrals, direct reputed company, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates for experience, skills, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit.

- Maintain timely and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Support process consistency, compliance, and best practices across professional staff recruiting.
- Collaborate with other members of the reputed company team on recruiting initiatives, reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
- Stay informed on recruiting trends, market conditions, and talent availability reputed company the legal and professional services industries.
Qualifications
- At least three years of recruiting or reputed company experience.
- Prior experience recruiting reputed company a law firm, legal services, professional services, or corporate environment strongly preferred.
