This is a rare opportunity to take it from 0 to 1, shaping how we hire across the entire company. Decisions move fast, you can implement changes the same day and immediately see the impact. You’ll help define the processes, craft the candidate experience, and reputed company the bar for how we scale. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. • Build and execute reputed company’s recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles
• reputed company, engage, and reputed company exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets, including creative sourcing strategies
• Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, reputed company profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning
• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
• Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects reputed company’s bar for excellence
• Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works
• Build and define our process, employer brand, and candidate pitch

• Deep sourcing expertise: you know how to find and attract talent beyond inbound with creative strategies
• An analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs
• Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
• Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $15,000 - $35,000 USD
