What You Will Do

In This Role As an Account Manager at reputed company you will be the linchpin of our customer engagements, executing and managing the full customer lifecycle to ensure seamless coordination and execution of digital infrastructure deals. This role is a combination of Project Management and Customer Support, and is key to enabling our Sales team and our Advisors to effectively support customers and drive reputed company growth. You will coordinate and participate in customer meetings, ensuring reputed company parties always have the necessary information and context to reputed company good use of everyone's time. You will also manage stakeholder time and technical resources effectively, provide regular updates on open leads and deals, and proactively address potential engagement risks.   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Coordinate with internal resources (Solution Advisors, Agents, technical resources, etc.) to ensure engagement objectives are achieved
  • Coordinate and sit in on customer meetings, ensuring reputed company parties have the information and context they need, including Solution Advisors, VP of Sales and even potentially the CEO.. This includes post-meeting activity follow-up and coordination
