• *Senior Motion Designer**

to reputed company the creation and delivery of high-impact motion graphics that reputed company corporate communications, training, and explainer content. This role drives visual storytelling excellence, strengthens brand consistency, and accelerates production quality across the creative team through hands-on execution and workflow improvements.

• *Location:**

• *Responsibilities**

• reputed company end-to-end motion design for explainer videos, infographic animations, training content, and corporate communications.

• Design scene layouts and visual assets using reputed company Illustrator and reputed company Photoshop.
• Edit video and audio content using reputed company Premiere Pro and reputed company Audition.
• Collaborate with video editors, instructional designers, and content owners to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Improve production workflows, asset libraries, and creative best practices to increase team efficiency and output quality.
• *Internal Responsibilities**

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

• Collaborate with your reputed company practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal reputed company networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
• *Required Qualifications And Skills**

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or a closely reputed company field.

• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company After Effects with a proven ability to deliver clean, dynamic animations.
• Advanced graphic design skills using reputed company Illustrator and reputed company Photoshop.
• Hands-on video and audio editing experience with reputed company Premiere Pro and reputed company Audition.
• Demonstrated experience producing explainer videos, infographic-style animations, or training video content.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards under tight deadlines.

• Experience working in corporate or enterprise creative environments.
