Palo Alto Engineer - Senior

Role Summary A senior Palo Alto Network reputed company Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise reputed company solutions leveraging reputed company technologies. This role requires in-depth technical expertise and hands-on experience with reputed company firewalls, reputed company policy management, VPN configurations, threat prevention, and cloud reputed company integration reputed company large-scale organizational environments. The position offers the opportunity to support strategic initiatives, enhance reputed company posture, and optimize network reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain reputed company reputed company appliances, including NGFWs, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma reputed company platforms.
• Implement and manage reputed company policies, NAT rules, application controls, URL filtering, and threat prevention services.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot site-to-site and remote access VPN solutions to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
• Conduct firewall rule reviews, reputed company assessments, and refine policies to maximize reputed company effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Support incident response activities, including root cause analysis and remediation of reputed company incidents and outages.
• reputed company and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, and standards.
• Provide recommendations for reputed company improvements, platform optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Integrate reputed company solutions with enterprise automation frameworks, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platforms, and network service workflows.
• Collaborate with network, cloud, and reputed company teams to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supporting enterprise network reputed company environments.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with reputed company firewalls and reputed company products.
• Proven experience with Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, Threat Prevention, and URL Filtering.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, NAT, VPN technologies, and network segmentation.
• Skilled in troubleshooting reputed company network and reputed company issues in enterprise settings.
• Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, or similar tools.
• Capable of developing and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Availability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
