Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst II – Information Insights & Business Intelligence to join our fast‑growing Data Ventures team. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and product strategy, providing critical intelligence that fuels product development, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements. While the position offers a flexible hybrid schedule (three days on‑site in our California hub, two days remote), we welcome candidates from the surrounding regions of Bentonville, AR or Dallas, TX who can collaborate in‑person as needed.
As a member of the Data Analytics & Data Enablement organization, you will partner with cross‑functional teams—including Digital Commerce, Global Technology, and Product Management—to ensure data is accurate, secure, and leveraged to its fullest potential. Your work will directly support three strategic pillars: launching new data products, optimizing product performance, and safeguarding data reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
