[Remote] Semiconductor Recruiter

The role involves managing requisitions, executing talent strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the single reputed company of contact for Hiring Managers on reputed company assigned requisitions
- Evaluating and reprioritizing employment branding strategies
- Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility based on resumes and interviews
- Building qualified candidate profiles and presenting slates to meet client deliverables
- Protecting the candidate experience and fostering strong partnerships across boundaries
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent work experience and hs diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as a primary reputed company of contact
- Minimum of 5 years in a candidate reputed company role with a proven track record of hiring success
- Experience in high-pressure, urgent recruiting environments (e.g., RPO, Search Firm, or Agency)
- Skilled in reputed company Office (reputed company, PPT, Word, Outlook), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM systems
- Ability to translate functional/technical hiring needs into effective candidate reputed company strategies
- Proven ability to build productive relationships and consult with reputed company levels of an organization
