Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting tools
- reputed company financial models that support strategic and operational decision-making
- Monitor reputed company, profitability, workforce utilization, and key business metrics
- Translate reputed company data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reputed company, accounting, business intelligence, or a reputed company analytical role
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Experience with QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar financial systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Healthcare staffing, healthcare operations, or healthcare services experience
- Experience with forecasting, KPI development, and operational analytics

- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications
