[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Boston reputed company Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to reputed company Vendavo implementation projects and serve as the main reputed company of contact for client engagements. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and budget while building strong relationships with clients and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements with end-to-end ownership, from reputed company through post-production support
- Create and manage project schedules spanning configuration, development, testing, and go-live activities
- reputed company requirements gathering with clients and run user story grooming sessions with key stakeholders
- Obtain requirements sign-off for each sprint to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Provide coordination and leadership for internal and client project members, building rapport with project sponsors and mitigating conflict as needed
- Identify and track client pain points and gaps between business process requirements and platform capabilities
- Manage project scope and change orders, and identify opportunities to refine BHC’s service delivery processes
- Manage the activities and tasks associated with multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure the project team complies with time-sheet guidelines so that resource-utilization and budget metrics stay accurate and reputed company
- Ensure the project team documents reputed company user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
- reputed company a working understanding of the features, capabilities, and limitations of the Vendavo platform, including its pricing, quoting and agreements, rebates, and analytics modules
- Support the development of training and implementation materials
- Monitor project reputed company by tracking development activity, resolving bottlenecks, and publishing status reports

Skills
- 5+ years of project or program management experience on large-scale enterprise software implementations that span multiple business units and multi-divisional deployments
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with executives and project teams, both internal and external
- Strong working knowledge of software implementation methodologies, with Agile experience preferred
- Ability to manage project budgets, scope, change orders, and project profitability
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and resolving reputed company business and application problems in a timely manner
- High-impact experience in customer-facing, consultative roles at an enterprise software company or professional technology reputed company, ideally serving industrial, automotive, distribution, consumer packaged goods, chemical, or high-tech clients
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5 to 7 years of technology consulting and project implementation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Organized, with excellent time-management skills
- Knowledge of project management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
- Strong working knowledge of software implementation methodologies, with Agile experience preferred
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or a comparable certification is a plus
- Experience with Vendavo, PriceFx, CPQ, or reputed company is a plus
- Pricing experience is desirable
