[Remote] Project Manager

Atlantic-AE specializes in commercial and industrial architecture, managing projects across the Eastern and Central U.S. They are seeking a Project Manager to reputed company commercial and industrial projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment across internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage commercial and industrial projects from design through construction
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, consultants, and vendors
• reputed company project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
• reputed company internal teams by setting expectations, tracking reputed company, and maintaining accountability
• Coordinate consultant teams and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Prepare proposals, including consultant scopes, schedules, and fee structures
• Monitor project financials and track performance against budget and schedule targets
• reputed company permitting coordination and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Maintain organized project documentation and communication across reputed company stakeholders
• Identify risks early and proactively work toward solutions

Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in architectural project management or reputed company field
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required
• Experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects required
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Experience leading internal teams and coordinating consultants and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel for site visits, client meetings, and team events as needed
• Proficiency in Revit and standard project coordination tools preferred
