[Remote] Financial Services Advisor (Training Provided)

They are seeking a Financial Services Advisor who will work with clients to understand their financial goals and provide education on financial concepts through a structured training program.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients virtually to discuss financial goals and objectives
- Learning and presenting financial planning concepts and strategies
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
- Developing communication, leadership, and business-building skills
- Assisting clients in areas such as retirement planning, college funding, income strategies, and family protection
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Interest in personal finance, education, or helping others
- Previous experience in sales, education, athletics, customer service, management, recruiting, healthcare, or leadership roles is a plus but not required
