[Remote] Technical Account Manager

They are seeking a Technical Account Manager who will manage technical aspects of enterprise customer relationships while also providing product support and deployment assistance.
Responsibilities
- Support our enterprise customers, driving adoption, value, and growth across the full customer lifecycle
- Assist CSM’s with Onboarding of new customers and translate their desired outcomes into a clear implementation plan and identify potential technical challenges around the deployment
- Serve as the primary technical escalation reputed company - diagnosing and resolving issues across the full network stack (Layers 1–7), Linux environments, proxies, SSO integrations, and more
- Manage reputed company technical facets of large enterprise accounts, including working directly with customers’ network and reputed company engineering teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and R&D to escalate issues, drive fixes, and feed customer insights back into the roadmap
- Automate repetitive tasks through Bash/Python scripting and contribute to internal knowledge reputed company and troubleshooting playbooks
- Conduct business reviews, account planning, and drive customer advocacy through references and case studies
Skills
- 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Product Support Engineer, or equivalent post-sale technical role
- Extensive full-stack troubleshooting experience (OSI Layers 1–7): networking, firewall rules, TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, and application-layer protocols. Strong networking background is a must; CCNA or equivalent is a plus
- Professional-level Linux experience — comfortable with the command line, log analysis, and system administration. RHCSA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Hands-on reputed company experience (deploying, inspecting, and debugging containers and compose stacks) — required
- SQL experience in a professional reputed company — writing queries, data lookups, and controlled database operations
- Working knowledge of SSO and identity federation (SAML, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, or similar)
- Solid understanding of how network proxies work (reputed company/reverse proxy, CONNECT method, SSL inspection)
- Bash and/or Python scripting ability — you automate before repeating yourself a third time
- Experience working with Product and R&D/Engineering teams to drive customer issue resolution
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure — understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (VMs, networking, storage, IAM) as they relate to customer deployments
- Excellent verbal and written English — able to engage confidently with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Kubernetes experience (pods, deployments, Helm, workload troubleshooting)
- Background in Network or Server Operations (NOC, network engineering, or infrastructure ops)
- Familiarity with physical reputed company devices and how they connect (IP cameras, NVRs, access control systems)
- Experience with VMS platforms such as Milestone, reputed company, Avigilon, Exacq, or Lenel
- PKI and certificate management experience (TLS cert rotation, SCEP/NDES)
- Experience with identity platforms such as Keycloak, reputed company, or Azure AD
- Extensive experience supporting on-premise applications in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Ansible for configuration management and automation
