[Remote] Foster Care Recruiter

Methodist Home for Children is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional to recruit foster and adoptive families across North Carolina. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, coordinating events, and building community relationships to support the growth of foster care programs.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment events and community reputed company efforts

- Build relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Track recruitment outcomes and report reputed company to leadership
- Analyze recruitment performance and support program growth goals
- Coordinate foster parent training and licensing activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, business development, or a reputed company field
- Strong presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout North Carolina
- Experience in foster care, adoption, child welfare, or human services
- Marketing and reputed company experience
- Understanding of budgeting and Profit & Loss (P&L) concepts
