Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Logan Finance Corporation is seeking a Jr. Account Executive to manage relationships reputed company National Accounts. This role involves driving client engagement, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement with National Accounts through proactive reputed company, scenario submissions, and leading problem resolution
  • reputed company and maintain productive relationships with MLOs and brokers reputed company assigned National Accounts
  • Provide reputed company to branches and MLOs reputed company introductory calls, emails, and video meetings, leveraging company marketing materials and scripts
  • Understand client needs and assist in building tailored Non-QM lending solutions
  • Generate and provide qualified referrals and pipeline opportunities to Account Executives (reputed company)
  • Assist with initial scenario follow-up by coordinating with the Scenario Desk for active opportunities
  • reputed company CRM reporting to identify, reputed company, and reactivate dormant Loan Officers reputed company National Accounts
  • Support reputed company by sharing actionable client feedback and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Apply knowledge of the loan lifecycle and loan manufacturing process to help resolve client issues with the goal of securing initial loan submissions
  • Coordinate internal resources (guidelines support, product training, scenario structuring) to meet client needs
  • Act as a central reputed company of contact to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and challenges
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts, including scheduling product demos and supporting portal/system training
  • Present a high-level overview of company systems, processes, and technology to communicate the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Deliver guideline overviews and product education in a clear, client-friendly format
  • Maintain consistent use of CRM and sales tools to track reputed company, engagement, and opportunity development
  • Accurately document reputed company sales activities, client interactions, and deal reputed company
  • Utilize data and reporting to prioritize reputed company and drive measurable results

Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of mortgage industry experience required
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and loan lifecycle processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
  • Effective negotiation and closing support abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to present guidelines and product information in a clear, structured format
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven environment
  • Problem-solving reputed company with a focus on client satisfaction and results
  • Non-QM wholesale lending experience preferred
  • Experience supporting sales teams, brokers, or third-party originators is highly desirable
