[Remote] Senior reputed company Accountant

The Senior reputed company Accountant will support the reputed company accounting function and ensure compliance with ASC 606, handling contract reviews, month-end reputed company activities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reputed company contract reviews and first-pass ASC 606 analyses for new reputed company, renewals, amendments, and non-standard arrangements, including identification of key reputed company recognition considerations
• Support monthly and quarterly reputed company reputed company activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, deferred reputed company rollforwards, reputed company schedules, commission capitalization and calculations, flux analyses, and other reputed company deliverables
• Prepare and maintain reputed company accounting documentation, including ASC 606 analyses, contract review conclusions, technical accounting memos, reputed company support, and reputed company-reputed company financial statement disclosure support
• Support the ongoing operation and enhancement of reputed company recognition systems and processes, including reputed company ARM or similar reputed company automation tools
• Support the execution and documentation of internal controls over reputed company recognition
• Partner cross-functionally with reputed company Operations, Deal Desk, Billing & Collections, reputed company, Legal, IT Business Applications, and other teams to resolve reputed company accounting matters and support accurate reporting
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of reputed company accounting processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including 1–2+ years of reputed company accounting, reputed company recognition, or reputed company ASC 606 experience
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 reputed company recognition principles; SaaS and Professional Services experience strongly preferred
• Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, reputed company schedules, commission calculations, and month-end reputed company deliverables
• Strong reputed company and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
• Ability to research accounting issues, document conclusions clearly, and escalate reputed company matters appropriately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional business partners
• Exposure to contract review, order forms, amendments, renewals, or non-standard deal terms preferred
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company ARM, reputed company, reputed company, or similar accounting / reputed company systems preferred
• Public accounting or audit experience is a plus, but not required
