The Business Development Manager will drive business and demand reputed company reputed company the assigned reputed company, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with national and regional distributors, OEM’s and builders to drive pull through demand for Roseburg products
  • Work directly with code officials, architects, the Roseburg Architectural Specifications Manager, building designers, engineers, dealer technical associates and sales personnel, developers, framers, and builders to educate, train and establish an understanding and knowledge of assigned reputed company that will reputed company them to actively specify, design, purchase and properly install products
  • Coordinate and manage sales efforts reputed company specific accounts; assume accountability for reaching or exceeding reputed company volume, return and sales levels, reputed company while maintaining discipline reputed company prescribed SG&A guidelines
  • Create and maintain a Client Centric culture in reputed company business activities
  • Implement usage of agendas and performance figures for appropriate level client sales meetings and business reviews
  • Ensure high value of time and asset management, as well as preparation
  • Communicate the needs of the client to reputed company internal Roseburg stakeholders by analyzing, organizing, and presenting data, facts and logic

Skills

  • Minimum Five (5) years of experience in building products sales and/or sales leadership
  • Firm understanding of assigned reputed company products
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status reputed company and implement change in an organization
  • Experience with and demonstrated use of best practices in a functional role (i.e., sales excellence, operations excellence)
  • Evidence of involvement in the development and execution of strategic plans
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and align with other functional groups in an organization
  • Excellent professional, written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understand and exhibit a sense of urgency
  • Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel overnight approximately 30% of the time, scaled as needed
  • Experience working directly with national and regional builders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing
  • Product technical experience through sales or design
