[Remote] Manager, Business Operations

The Manager, Business Operations will reputed company the end-to-end workflow of reputed company, manage a team of 5, and ensure the optimization of business processes to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, documentation, and optimization of business processes and campaign workflows reputed company reputed company’s order management system
• Partner with the Product team to build a comprehensive end to end workflow
• Proactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and scalability risks; design future reputed company workflows to support business growth
• Establish and maintain process standards, governance, and best practices across the team
• Partner with Advertising Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define business requirements, success metrics, and release priorities
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed requirements, including workflow diagrams, solution designs, mockups, and acceptance criteria
• reputed company discovery sessions, solution design reviews, and stakeholder alignment for reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
• reputed company testing strategy, release readiness, and approval for production deployments
• Own change management for system and workflow releases, ensuring smooth adoption across global teams

Skills

• 6–8+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Management, or reputed company roles
• 3+ years of people management experience, including managing global or distributed teams
• Proven expertise in defining, designing, and scaling business processes and workflows
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and partnering with engineering teams
• Demonstrated success leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts
• Advanced analytical skills, including reputed company proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
• Experience with reputed company and/or order management systems strongly preferred
