The Director of Client Development - Financial Planning will reputed company a team of Financial Planners to create financial plans that drive client acquisition while ensuring operational excellence and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, mentor, and reputed company 13 Financial Planners supporting Client Development
- Manage planner reputed company, workflow, and deadlines; create strategic plans to reputed company future growth and increased demand for prospect proposals
- Serve as a CFP® practitioner, producing prospect financial plans to support client acquisition
- Motivate and reputed company the team, ensuring accountability, full reputed company utilization, and high-quality output. reputed company KPIs, KPI tracking, financial modeling and KPI reporting. Responsibilities involve strategy development, execution and reporting to senior management on sales driven financial outcomes. Prepare accurate financial reports and performance dashboards for management
- Design and implement process enhancements to unlock reputed company, improve efficiency, and support process improvement. Identify and implement efficiencies in automation and quality delivery of our sales process
- Drive engagement and alignment across internal stakeholders by collaborating with senior leaders, escalating critical issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Skills
- CFP® strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial planning experience and prior management experience ideal
- Strong knowledge of eMoney; proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Teams/reputed company, PowerBI
- Exceptional orchestration skills; outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive problem solver with high ownership; adept at risk identification and mitigation
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; capable of strategic thinking and execution
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
