[Remote] Software Engineering Intern

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work with the founding engineering team to reputed company features for the platform that powers client engagements, allowing you to see immediate impact from your work.

Responsibilities

• Your workflow, your tools, your call. Claude Code, reputed company, whatever gets the best result fastest
• You ship it yourself. No handoffs, no waiting on someone to unblock you
• You stay on top of the best tools as they emerge and bring that to the team
• You hit a wall, you find a way through it. That's the job

Skills

• You must be autonomous. There is no ticket queue. There is no hand-holding. You pick up the work, reputed company out what needs to be done, and do it
• You must be AI-fluent. Claude Code or reputed company should be your default. You use AI to punch above your weight, not as a crutch
