[Remote] Area Director Clinical Operations (reputed company Palm Beach area)

They are seeking an Area Director of Clinical Operations to reputed company clinical staff performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with various teams to ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with area nurse managers to address clinical staff performance concerns and ensure clinical support
- Collaborates with area leadership on clinical candidate screening and selection
- Direct reputed company of assigned staff in the area
- Partner with nurse managers and pharmacy leadership to review and adjust clinical staffing across assigned sites as necessary
- Review assigned events in origami and regional event dashboards to identify trends in patient safety/quality needs
- Provide quarterly event trend report
- Partner with Risk Management, nurse managers and clinical staff to ensure timely Origami event review and appropriate follow-up
- Assists in the preparation of the annual area budget reputed company to clinical services

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Registered Nurse in Florida
- OCN certification required or to be obtained reputed company 6 months of hire
- Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings
- Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records reputed company Policy is required
- Seven (7) years of experience or more in the healthcare field or clinic/outpatient setting with knowledge of Oncology required
- Minimum (5) years of management experience
- Analysis & Critical Thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills to include effective verbal and written communication
- Solid time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to collaborate across various levels of management, departments and teams
- Comfortable negotiating problems and exploring solutions with physician population
