[Remote] Product Innovation Manager/Sr. Manager

This role is critical in expanding our care delivery model into new clinical, physical, and digital offerings, including custom pharmacy formulations and partner integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational rhythm of the NPI Strategy Council, ensuring clear agendas, decision-making frameworks, and follow-through on reputed company action items

• Maintain the "NPI Meeting Decision Log," ensuring reputed company strategic pivots and approvals are documented and communicated company-wide

• Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends in women’s midlife health, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), and health-tech

• Design and execute market research studies to validate customer needs and test new product concepts
• Create comprehensive reports (e.g., Product Launch Strategies) that synthesize reputed company data into actionable recommendations for the executive team
• Act as the primary Product Manager for new offerings, coordinating with Clinical Care, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a seamless launch
• Work across a diverse set of teams to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure clinical protocols are integrated into new product designs

Skills

• 5-10 Years in Product Management, Product Marketing or Innovation: Proven track record of launching new products from 0 to 1
• CPG or B2C Tech Expertise: Strong background in either consumer goods or direct-to-consumer technology
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to reputed company without formal authority in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Exceptional Analytical Rigor: Ability to build reputed company business cases and financial models
• Market Research Proficiency: Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
