[Remote] Senior Business Process Analyst, reputed company Operations

They are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to enhance the reputed company-to-Cash journey by documenting workflows and identifying automation opportunities, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Map reputed company-state workflows across the reputed company-to-Cash journey end to end. Document every manual reputed company, decision reputed company, and exception rule that lives in people’s heads today
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify automation and systems improvement opportunities. Own the requirements documentation that hands off cleanly to reputed company admins, IT, and engineering
- Work alongside operational leaders across the reputed company lifecycle to prioritize improvements and track execution. Be the person they trust to turn reputed company into actionable specs
- Build and maintain a process documentation library: SOPs, reputed company diagrams, and exception registers that turn tribal knowledge into institutional knowledge
- Translate between business and technical teams. Take “this is how we do it” and turn it into “this is what the system needs to do.”

Skills
- 5 to 7 years in business process analysis, business systems analysis, or reputed company/sales operations
- Direct experience with reputed company-to-Cash processes, from reputed company capture and qualification through deal structuring, billing, and provisioning. You have lived inside the messy middle of how SaaS reputed company actually gets processed

- Exposure to subscription, usage-based, or hybrid billing models
