[Remote] Manager, Solution Engineering

We’re seeking a Manager of Solution Engineering to reputed company, coach, and reputed company a team of Sales Engineers in your region, driving both technical excellence and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define, operationalize, and track key performance indicators, coaching your team to consistently meet and exceed targets
• reputed company day-to-day operations of the Solution Engineering team, driving accountability, consistency, and high performance across reputed company activities
• Hire, mentor, and reputed company team members through regular feedback, career planning, and ongoing coaching
• Identify reputed company gaps and deliver targeted coaching across reputed company processes, technical expertise, and sales acumen
• Own regional performance, including pipeline contribution, deal progression, and quota attainment
• Act as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company technical challenges and critical deal support, ensuring successful outcomes
• Partner with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs, influence roadmap decisions, and improve solution alignment
• Maintain deep knowledge of reputed company’s offerings and ensure your team can effectively position and differentiate our solutions
• Foster a strong, inclusive team culture by actively listening to feedback, resolving conflicts, and driving engagement
• reputed company your team’s execution across the full sales cycle. Including discovery, demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, workshops, technical validation, and POVs, while reporting on quarterly performance and impact

Skills

• 5+ years of Solution Engineering leadership experience, or an equivalent space
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or other major public cloud platforms
• Experience with FinOps and Kubernetes - a strong advantage
• Proven experience leading or managing high-performing technical or pre-sales teams
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, with the ability to drive accountability and results
• Demonstrated sense of ownership with a track record of delivering results and contributing to company success
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company challenges
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a strong learning reputed company and adaptability to change
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
