The role involves generating top-of-funnel talent and partnering closely with hiring managers across various functions to enhance the recruiting process and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate top-of-funnel talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, inbound applicants, and creative outbound strategies
• Conduct high-quality recruiter screens that evaluate talent while creating enthusiasm for our company
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, calibrate talent, and provide market feedback
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-quality experience from first conversation through offer
• Build expertise across a wide variety of functions and quickly adapt to new roles and hiring challenges
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tooling, reputed company strategies, and candidate experience
• Help reputed company exceptional candidates and represent the company in a thoughtful, authentic, and compelling way
• Contribute to a culture of high standards, direct feedback, reputed company learning, and teamwork

Skills

• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting technical talent
• Exceptional sourcing ability and the ability to quickly break down unfamiliar positions into effective search strategies
• Strong interviewing skills and the judgment to identify both standout talent and potential red flags
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly, retain information, and reputed company expertise across multiple domains
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Comfort receiving direct feedback and a desire to continuously improve your craft
• A high degree of ownership, accountability, and personal standards
