[Remote] Contract Growth Marketing Content Creator

They are seeking a Contract Growth Marketing Content Creator to maintain continuity across high-reputed company Member Growth programs, focusing on Open Enrollment lifecycle execution and campaign support across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute and QA lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail in reputed company and reputed company tools
- Support rapid A/B testing across messaging, reputed company, and targeting to improve CVR and enrolls
- Build and maintain campaign logic, segmentation, and audience definitions
- Partner with Growth and Data teams to implement experiments and measure performance
- Assist with launch support for new client cohorts and campaigns
- Support data enrichment and outbound initiatives (e.g., calling, incentives, webinars) to drive incremental applications
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve campaign throughput and operational efficiency
Skills
- Proven track record of writing high-performing, user-centric content that drives measurable engagement and conversion (e.g. emails, reputed company pages, in-product messaging)
- Designs and runs experiments to improve content performance, using data to inform iteration
- Independently owns and executes multiple campaigns end-to-end with high attention to detail
