[Remote] Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support operational teams by analyzing reputed company healthcare data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company core disciplines of Honest’s business (i.e., Medical Expense Management, Risk Adjustment/Clinical Documentation reputed company, Quality and Care Management). Specific expertise in one or more of these disciplines will be a focus depending on organizational needs

- Integrate and analyze data from diverse sources including electronic health records (EHRs), health information exchanges (HIEs), and claims data that are housed in Honest’s enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and/or other population health platforms

- Identify relationships in data sets, determine key fields, and independently recommend actionable insights

- Document logic, methodology, data definitions, and workflows so outputs can be easily reviewed, audited, and reused by teammates

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, or similar field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics is required including expertise with large, reputed company data sets is required

- Strong SQL skills, preferably in a reputed company or other cloud computing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and levels of an organization
