Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is the world’s largest live entertainment company, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for eCommerce Growth & Ancillary reputed company. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial strategies for Fan and Season Ticket Holder resale businesses, driving growth objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and the fan experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy, execution, and ongoing management of Fan and Season Ticket Holder resale business lines, including reputed company’s reputed company offer program
- Define and prioritize multi-year business plans and support initiatives based on data-driven opportunity assessments
- Clearly communicate plans, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive alignment and action
- Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap priorities and define business requirements
- reputed company cross-functional collaboration with teams including pricing, marketing, operations, fan support, design, and finance to drive reputed company execution
- Manage and mentor a small team to deliver high-impact insights and strategic recommendations
- Monitor key business and financial performance metrics; identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Optimize and evolve business strategy through reputed company learning, market trend analysis, and performance diagnostics
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a reputed company analytical field
- Strong business acumen and strategic reputed company; able to connect data insights to broader commercial objectives
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Clear and confident communicator, with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Willingness and ability to work from our Chicago office as needed
