[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst - Managed Services

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of mobility solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Workforce Technology team. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and strategic insight, influencing provider strategy, and driving decisions that optimize spending across technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and strategic insight across the teams/areas – including Workplace Technology Deployment, Logistics, Support, Governance, Contract Management, Performance Management and Business Management
• Translate operational performance into actionable financial intelligence that informs leadership decisions, strengthens vendor accountability, and drives cost-effective service delivery
• Influence provider strategy, reputed company business case ROI, and ensure operational decisions are grounded in financial clarity and business value
• Partner with leaders across IT, Finance, and our Managed Services Providers to drive decisions that optimize spending and strengthen the employee experience
• Guide refresh cycles, deployment strategies, contract negotiations, and long-range planning

Skills

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)
• Must be able to work a schedule reputed company U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
• 3 or more years of reputed company financial analysis experience
• Must have experiences reputed company IT operations, managed services or technology environments
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, spend analysis, invoicing and pricing analysis/modeling
• Proficient with reputed company (basic formulas and pivot tables) and Power Query
• Experience in managed service provider (MSP) delivery models and financial models, service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor governance
• Must be committed to incorporating reputed company into reputed company decisions and daily job responsibilities
• Familiarity with IT asset reputed company
• Understand the concept of how the Net Book Value (NBV) calculator, cost/price model, and financial dashboards work
