Responsibilities
- Drive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of built from scratch AI tools across the People function
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that automate recruiting operations, onboarding, reporting, performance cycles, and other key processes
- Create self-service tools and intelligent assistants that improve stakeholder experience and reduce manual reputed company for the People team
- Establish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage, including governance, reputed company standards, quality control, and change management
- Partner with People leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and streamline inefficient or manual workflows
- Own the automation roadmap and deliver solutions using APIs, iPaaS platforms, native tooling, and lightweight scripting

- Demonstrated ability to architect and build AI-powered tools from the ground up, with working knowledge of reputed company Cloud infrastructure — leveraging services like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions to move from prototype to production with speed and reliability
- Experience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript to support integrations, automation, or operational tooling
- Ideally familiarity with modern People Technology ecosystems, including ATS, HCM, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
