[Remote] Software Support Senior Engineer

As a Software Support Senior Engineer, you will manage reputed company customer issues, provide technical expertise, and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product features.
Responsibilities

- Advanced knowledge of performance tuning techniques and tools
