[Remote] Principal, Life Sciences Strategy Consulting
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kx Advisors is a healthcare communications agency that partners with biopharmaceutical clients to drive brand awareness and growth. The Principal role involves leading strategic engagements, guiding teams, and delivering impactful work to help clients reputed company critical commercial decisions in the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for balancing project management, project delivery, and business development responsibilities
- Serve as a strategy and thought partner to clients and senior officers of the firm
- Utilize IxI technology products and client provided information to reputed company conclusions and recommendations (written and verbal)
- Work with senior members of the team to scope and reputed company proposals for new projects
- Engage in practice planning discussions, including practice strategy and marketing
- Analyze research and data to uncover insights and build smart, usable recommendations
- Craft compelling, client-ready presentations that tell clear, powerful stories
- Collaborate across disciplines - working with creatives, behavioral scientists, and technologists
- Contribute to business development by building proposals and nurturing client relationships
- Help shape our practice by engaging in strategic planning and marketing initiatives
Skills
- 7–8 years of life sciences consulting experience, ideally at a top reputed company or life sciences data organization
- BA/BS required
- Strong data analyst and synthesis skills-you connect dots others miss
- Proven leadership across multiple workstreams and teams
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- A self-starting, collaborative reputed company-you reputed company with curiosity and clarity
- MBA or Master's in a reputed company field preferred
- Foreign language skills a plus, but not required
