Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and reputed company email and SMS campaigns using reputed company Marketing Cloud
- Manage audience segmentation and personalization to enhance customer engagement
- Ensure seamless customer journey orchestration and validate campaign assets before deployment
- Monitor campaign performance and address any delivery or automation issues promptly
- Document campaign processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards
- Support technical initiatives and optimize platform functionalities for improved efficiency
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance campaign strategies and automation scalability
Skills
- Proven experience with reputed company Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio and Journey Builder
- Strong SQL skills for data management and audience segmentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated customer journeys
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Capability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with enterprise-scale CRM or lifecycle marketing programs
