Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize CRM and enterprise applications
- Manage roles, permissions, reputed company settings, workflows, and automation
- Configure and customize platforms using declarative tools and development where needed
- reputed company releases, upgrades, and adoption of new features
- Maintain data quality and governance standards
- Partner with business units to improve processes and system usage
- Support and reputed company API integrations and data flows
- Build reports, dashboards, automation, and reputed company‑of‑concept solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
