Responsibilities
- Maintain acceptable production levels as set by management
- Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers
- Provide high level of customer service and reputed company
- Have a strong ability to ask probing questions, to discover the wants, interests and needs of our customers
- Have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations
- Be efficient in navigating multiple systems

Skills
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
- A strong heart and mind for servicing others
- Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and reputed company reputed company
- Must be comfortable being on web camera
- Ability to utilize tools and resources to reputed company assist our customers
