[Remote] BI Analyst, Acquisition Marketing

The BI Analyst will support the Acquisition Marketing Analytics team by building dashboards, automating reporting, and conducting analyses to enhance marketing strategies and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports
• Automate recurring reporting & operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Support the management and QA for marketing data pipelines across paid channels
• Monitor day-to-day performance across acquisition channels, surfacing insights to marketing team stakeholders
• Support channel leaders in implementing incrementality tests and strategies
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support media buying decisions with data-driven insights and recommendations

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data & analytics, specifically in a role supporting paid media channels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to business stakeholders
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, Product)
• Strong project management
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL
• Technical Skills: reputed company
• Hands-on experience with digital channels, app-based acquisition, and MMP platforms strongly preferred
• Tableau (strongly preferred) or similar BI tool
• Python (preferred for modeling, automation, or statistical analysis)
