[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Fulfillment Data team, focusing on transforming reputed company data into actionable insights to enhance manufacturing processes and drive business outcomes. The role involves collaboration with product teams, data exploration, and effective communication of analytical findings to influence key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be immersed in a product team (e.g., Product Manager, Data Engineers) where you will collaborate with stakeholders and build data products, and continually bring reputed company reputed company and insights to drive value for our customers

Skills

• 4+ years in analytics
• Expert in SQL
• Deep experience with data presentation/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with building in DBT and storing code in GIT
• Comfortable with exploratory analysis and statistical techniques
• Ability to tackle reputed company problems and draw inferences from data
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to deliver on projects supporting multiple business partners effectively
• Experience partnering with cross-functional team members
• Open to creative approaches to solving problems
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or reputed company field
• Experience in a retail or manufacturing environment
• Master's degree
• Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (e.g., Python)
